1. How can I place an order?
You can place an order directly through my website or by contacting me, or one of our brand ambassadors directly, via our social media platforms
2. Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Scented products:
We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied with any of our scented products, we accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original, resealable condition. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your refund.
Personalised Products:
Due to the nature of personalised items, we cannot accept returns unless the product is faulty or damaged. If the spelling or personalised details you provided are incorrect, we cannot be held responsible, and no replacement or refund will be offered. However, if the mistake is on our part, we will happily provide a replacement free of charge.
3. Are your products safe for everyone?
All products are handmade using high-quality ingredients, but I recommend checking the ingredient list if you have allergies or sensitivities.
4. How long will my order take to arrive?
Posted orders are typically processed within 3-5 working days (Mon-Fri)i, and shipping times depend on your location. You’ll receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
5. Do you offer local collection?
Yes! Local collection is available. Please choose this option at checkout or contact me to arrange collection.
6. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, I only ship within the UK. I am unable to accommodate international orders. Thank you for your understanding!
7. How should I use your wax melts?
Place wax melt in your burner and allow it to melt gently using a tealight or electric burner. Always follow safety guidelines.
8. Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes, all of my products are cruelty-free and made with care.
9. Are your products safe to use around pets?
Many of my products are safe to use around pets; however, just like humans, pets can have allergies or sensitivities to certain scents. I recommend using products in well-ventilated spaces and monitoring your pets for any signs of discomfort.
10. Can I use your products around birds?
It is generally not advised to use scented products around birds, as their respiratory systems are highly sensitive. For their safety, please avoid using wax melts, fragrance mists, or other scented items in the same room as birds.
