Please note that personalised products can only be ordered through our social media pages. You will find the links at the bottom of our home page.

By placing an order for a personalised product, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing the correct personalisation details (e.g., names, dates or wording)

Double check all information before submitting your order, as it will be produced exactly as provided.

If a mistake is made on our part. we will offer a replacement free of charge.

2. Non-Refundable Policy

Due to the custom nature of personalised products. these items are non-refundable and cannot be returned. unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your personalised product arrives damaged or faulty please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a description and photo evidence of the issue.

Faulty or damaged items must be returned to us for inspection before a replacement or refund can be issued. We will cover return shipping costs for verified faulty items.

4. Production Time

Personalised products are handmade to order. Please allow 7-10 business days for your item to be created and prepared for dispatch.

5. Cancellations & Changes

Since personalised orders are custom
-made, cancellations or changes to your order can only be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, we are unable to accommodate cancellations or changes.

6. Design Approval (if applicable)

If your order includes a proof for approval, (e.g., personalised prints), you will receive a draft via email or message. Production will begin only after approval.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch personalised products within 7-10 business days after confirmation of your design. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Delivery delays can occur during busy periods, and we are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier.

8. Quality & Materials

We strive to create high-quality products using the best materials available. Please note that colours, fonts, and design placement may vary slightly from what is displayed on screen due to differences in monitor settings and production methods.

9. Privacy & Data

We take your privacy seriously. Any personal information provided during the ordering process will be used solely for fulfilling your order and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

10. Changes to Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any major changes that affect their order.
