Returns & Exchanges

As all our scented products are handmade with care and inspected before shipping, we are confident you will love your purchase. However, returns are accepted under the following conditions:
 
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be unopened, unused and in their original, resealable condition to maintain hygiene standards.

- Return shipping costs are the buyers responsibility and will be deducted from the refund.

Please note:
Due to the nature of our products, opened or used items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Faulty or Damaged Items:
If your item arrives faulty or damaged please contact us within 1-2 days of delivery with a description and photo evidence of the issue. To process a refund or replacement, the faulty item must be returned to us for inspection.

Once we receive the item and confirm the fault, we will issue a refund or send a replacement. In such cases we will refund the return shipping costs.
